Welcome to Invisible Threads Therapy
Invisible Threads Therapy is a virtual psychotherapy clinic dedicated to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Grounded in a relational approach, our work centers on the belief that healing happens through connection—through a therapeutic relationship rooted in compassion, warmth, and trust. We collaborate with you to explore your experiences without judgment, helping you reconnect with your inner strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you are navigating challenges or seeking deeper self-understanding, Invisible Threads Therapy offers a supportive space for empowerment, healing, and growth at your own pace.
Areas of Healing
-
Struggling with food, body image, or eating patterns can feel overwhelming and deeply isolating. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in helping you rebuild a safer, more trusting relationship with your body and with nourishment. Together, we explore the beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns that keep you stuck, while creating space for flexibility, self-understanding, and healing.
Whether you're feeling controlled by food rules, disconnected from your body, or caught in cycles that feel impossible to break, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you move toward clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change at your own pace.

Meet the Therapist
Hi, I’m Katelyn Beveridge (she/her), and I’m really glad you’re here! My path into this work is deeply personal—I’ve navigated my own experiences with binge eating, chronic dieting, body image struggles, self-esteem, and anxiety. For a long time, I felt stuck in those patterns, and it was through my own healing journey in therapy that I began to build a more compassionate and trusting relationship with myself. That experience shapes how I show up with clients today—with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine belief that change and healing are possible.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and I feel honoured to walk alongside people as they make sense of their experiences and find new, more supportive ways of caring for themselves. Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me reading, travelling, spending time with loved ones, or playing with my yellow lab, Brodie. I aim to bring that same sense of gentleness and authenticity into our work together, creating a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
